Each year, Adobe assigns all of their partners a level in a tier system. How a company determines these levels performs in supporting the Adobe Connect objectives and goals, which companies have the highest level of commitment and support, are dedicated to sales, marketing, and training, and have an established track record of success. Each year Adobe’s partner team reviews partner performance and evaluates which partners are in each tier that Adobe offers in a particular field.
We are very happy to announce that Envolvemedia has been promoted to the Platinum level for 2020. This promotion is tied to two main success factors: 1) our software sales performance and 2) our approach, expertise, and success in supporting our customers, pre and post-sale.
