Adobe Connect 12.9: Pod-ential Unlocked for Smoother, Smarter Meetings

Adobe Connect 12.9 has rolled out some exciting updates that are sure to make hosting and attending meetings
even more enjoyable! First up, custom pods are now easier than ever to discover and use. Imagine being able
to access and manage your favorite custom pods directly within the room—no separate downloads or hassle!
Hosts can now quickly view and update their available custom pods, making the process smoother and more
streamlined. It’s a win-win for both hosts and participants, ensuring the in-room experience stays fun and seamless.

But that’s not all! Adobe Connect has introduced an AI-powered Help Assistant to make navigating the platform
a breeze. If you ever find yourself scratching your head during a session, just ask the Help Assistant for answers.
This handy feature pulls from the Adobe Connect Help Guide and Knowledge Base, so hosts can get quick
solutions on the fly. And don’t worry, it’s completely secure—your data stays safe while you get the support you
need. Plus, there’s a new Room Search tool that lets hosts quickly find settings and preferences with a simple
keyboard shortcut, helping you stay on top of things without the frantic clicking.

In addition to the major improvements for hosts, the mobile app has gotten a much-needed refresh, with an updated
homepage that lets users view recently attended rooms and even sync with their Microsoft 365 calendar. And, for
those who need a little bit of help keeping their content on point, the Share Pod now sends proactive alerts for
any PowerPoint or MP4 files that may have issues post-upload. From content alerts to improved accessibility and
even a new Outlook add-in, Adobe Connect 12.9 is packed with features that ensure smoother, more efficient,
and, yes, even a bit more fun!
