It’s a new year and that means another update and quality of life improvement for Adobe Connect, version 12.2. This update brings a new redesign to the Entry Screen when users enter your meetings. Adding new features like a Virtual Video Background, allowing users to add additional privacy when they are on camera (please note this is in public beta right now) along with new Advanced Noise Suppression options to help with those distracting background noises. Or if you are like us and forget to unmute yourself before you speak this next update is for you, Microphone Muted Notification. This now prompts you to unmute if Adobe Connect detects you are speaking with your microphone muted.

 

Adobe Connect 12.2 now allows the ability to screen share with system audio. Making it easier than ever to give the full experience to your audience when you are doing live demos or software training. (available for Windows desktop application, Google Chrome/Chromium, and Microsoft Edge browsers currently) And finally a new Pause Chat feature, temporarily pausing chat to keep everyone focused on the topic at hand.
