Managers have an excellent tool in Adobe Learning Manager to manage their direct reports in the system. They can track the enrollments, views, and completions through the Learning Summary dashboard. The Compliance dashboard allows you track one or more courses to see if your Learners are in compliance for a time sensitive course. Lastly, they can track all the skills that their team is currently working on and how far they are in completion.
